Booking your holiday

If you would like to book then the first step is to send in your pre trip application by clicking on Book Now in the trip webpage.

For financial protection for our UK clients booking onto a trip with a flight included in the package we will issue you with an ATOL certificate back by UK Government. 

Having travel insurance is a condition of booking a holidays with us.

We reserve the right to change the prices of any of our holidays as described in our Terms & Conditions .

If you are a single person booking onto one of our Walking & Trekking holidays using Teahouse Lodges or Camping then you do not have to pay a single room supplement.  

We do not book international flights instead all of our prices are Land Only from arrival to the destination country.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after your data in accordance with EU regulations called GDPR.

If you book a trip with us and your booking is accepted then a contract is deemed to exist between you and The Mountain Trekking Company Ltd.

Once you have booked your holidays then we will send more information about the trip.

All of our destinations require a visa, please refer to our Pre Trip information document for details about applying.

Our bond with ABTOT provides financial protection for bookings from International  clients and for UK clients booking on a package with no flights.
